Process

Use the steps below when adding a new recruit to your agency!

Step 1: Contracts

After you have decided to move forward with a recruit, send them carrier contracts!

Step 2: Sustainability/Count Request

Right after you send over the contracts, fill out the count request form with both vendors to see if their counties are sustainable.

Please keep in mind the vendors usually take about a week to get these counts back to us

Our team will email you the counts as soon as we receive them. Please note if the CPL is listed there will be a $1.49 increase for the agent.

If you are a new agency builder with EFES, please email leadteam@efesonline.com requesting to be added to the builder distribution email list to receive the counts.

Step 3: Onboarding

While your are waiting for the counts to come back from the vendors, go through the on boarding step on EFES University with your new agent.

Get them integrated into the BAND group chat, lead center, Dropbox and agent hotline.

Step 4: Mail Order

If your new agent is on the Impact or Elite program, they will need to complete the Start-Up Kit (SUK) prior to us mailing.

When you are ready to start mailing, email leadteam@efesonline.com your request. Please include the following in your email: agent name, state, counties, and quantity per week.

If you're wanting mail to go out that week, the request will need to be sent to lead team on Monday by 1pm CST

Step 5: Lead Order

The builder is required to email their lead order to lead team by 12pm CST on Thursdays.

*Please include the agent name, quantity of leads* and the county or counties.

Please add new agents as well and note in the email they are to be added to the weekly lead order moving forward.

Our process is to have lead orders sent on Thursdays by the builder, charge the agents on Fridays and the leads will be released to the agents on Saturday morning.

If any of your agents are on the Free Lead Program and/or someone else is paying for their leads, please note that in the email to lead team so they know to who to charge and who to assign the leads.
